FAQs

Ugly Dukling will refund or exchange items within 14 days from the date of purchase. 
Your original receipt must accompany your returned items(s) to process your refund. All returned items must be in their original state purchased, and deemed by Ugly Dukling to be new, unworn & undamaged before they can be accepted for a refund. All refunds will be credited in the same form as the original purchase.

 

Footwear Purchases
All footwear must be tried on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them. All footwear should be returned in their original undamaged shoebox, as this is considered part of the product. Footwear that are returned without a box, in a damaged box, soiled or with marked soles will not be accepted for a return or exchange.
Refunds | Exchanges will not be permitted on launch items, no exceptions.
All sale items are a final sale.
Price adjustments will be permitted within 7 days of purchase.
Promotions will not apply to launch items.

For items purchased online:
Refunds | Exchanges permitted only online.
For items purchased in-store: 
Refunds | Exchanges permitted only in-store. 
Refunds | Exchanges will not be permitted after the stated return policy. 
No exceptions.
